Summer is officially over, and with it we kiss goodbye afternoons spent drinking sugary frozen drinks and stuffing our faces with nachos on a sunny patio (#heaven). Now it’s time to get back on track and refocus our healthy eating goals—which is always easier said than done. (Who really has time to make a fridge full of mason jar salads on a Sunday night, anyway?) Lucky for us, more and more restaurants are hip to our busy AF, wannabe-healthy ways and are offering nutritious and totally yummy lunch options for girls on the go. Here, our Localist correspondents round up their go-tos for the best healthy lunch restaurants in Canada. Bon appetit!

The menu: Some of the items on this French menu are a bit on the heavy side, but they also have plenty of fresh salads and fish
My go-to: Poisson en papillotte—the fresh fish of the day is never disappointing
The atmosphere: SO Parisian! Cool tiled floors, cafe tables and servers who speak French—it’s like you’re there!
